All-Garden Meeting 3/6/2016 2pm

I’m writing to remind you of the All-Garden Meeting this Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the new Durham Town Hall building (across Rte 108 from the old building). If you are in the range of this email, we expect you to attend! This is an important chance to meet your fellow-gardeners, ask questions, pay for your space and get up to speed on garden policies.
An important note: As costs have risen, we are raising the membership fee to $30.00. The fee for additional plots will stay at $5.00.  You can calculate what you owe and please make your check payable to Community Gardens for All. Please notify me if this presents a financial hardship for you as we have limited scholarship money available.
In order to expedite the registration and payment process, I am attaching the current Membership Form and the current copy of the Garden Guidelines. Please read through the Guidelines before the meeting.  There are a few changes to the Guidelines.If you have trouble downloading either document, I will have a few copies available at the meeting.
Additionally, if you haven’t read the Pest & Disease Guidelines that Ellen emailed earlier, please read through those and come with any questions you may have.
